You have the choice
Experience has shown the developer that one of people's greatest assets is their individuality. This has prompted him to create a basic package of equipment and technical basis that allows the customer to choose the interior design themselves. This includes materials such as sanitary equipment or the kitchen. This gives you the freedom to choose what you like and what suits your style.

Old building Glockenbachviertel
The neo-classical old building from 1887 was completely renovated around 2000. Modern floor plans and contemporary furnishings have been elegantly integrated and attention has been paid to preserving the charm of this beautiful old building. A stately entrance with stucco and elaborate mosaic floor invites you to enter. The layout is divided into a front building, a middle building and a rear building divided by a quiet inner courtyard with a children's playground.
The beautiful apartment is reached via the historically preserved wooden staircase. Due to the prominent location in the courtyard, you have both a window front on the north side and on the south side with a sunny balcony with a wonderful view.
position
The district around Gärtnerplatz is a popular center of the pub and bar scene in Munich, which reflects the district and the prevailing attitude to life there. Colorful and multicultural, tolerant and lively - that's the reputation around Gärtnerplatz. The Glockenbachviertel still has a very high number of well-kept old buildings and is one of the most attractive residential areas in Munich. There are many small shops and cafes in the streets around Gärtnerplatz. Tourists and locals alike enjoy strolling through the streets. There are also two green lungs in this densely built-up district: the nearby Isar meadows and the Old South Cemetery. For swimming in summer, the residents of the Glockenbachviertel are particularly drawn to the Isar beach section at the Wittelsbacher Bridge or to the "Schyrenbad" in Untergiesing, the oldest pool in Munich, which is about 15 minutes' walk away. The Glockenbachviertel has retained a lively district culture, which is reflected in many street festivals, art events, galleries and arts and crafts shops. The district can be reached via the underground lines "U1", "U2" and "U7" at "Fraunhofer Straße", via the lines "U3" and "U6" at "Sendlinger Tor" and due to its proximity to the S -Bahn station "Marienplatz" and "Isartor" very well connected to the public transport network. The tram station in “Müllerstraße” is also only about 6 minutes away on foot.
